These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of scavomedia.com (the “Website”), operated by Prognosis Media, LLC, doing business as Scavo Media (“Scavo Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
Website Purpose
The Website provides general information about Scavo Media and its marketing, advertising, website, creative, video, CRM, and related services. Website content is informational and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or other regulated advice.
Inquiries and Service Engagements
Submitting a form, requesting information, or communicating with us does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, or obligate either party to enter into a project. Any services will be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or other agreement accepted by Scavo Media and the client. If a signed service agreement conflicts with these Website Terms, the signed service agreement controls for those services.
Acceptable Use

- Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, accounts, systems, or data.
- Interfere with Website operation, security, or availability.

Client names, trademarks, and work examples remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification or portfolio purposes as permitted.

You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. You represent that you have the right to provide them and that they do not violate law or another person’s rights. You grant us permission to use submitted information as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a project, provide requested services, protect the Website, and comply with law. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, sensitive, or regulated information unless we have agreed in writing to receive it securely.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCAVO MEDIA AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING SOLELY FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by law, disputes concerning the Website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa, and the parties consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.
Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website and may restrict access when reasonably necessary.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms and the incorporated Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning use of the Website, separate from any signed client-services agreement.
